Fueling Growing Minds and Bodies Through Nutrition
At the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Indiana, we believe that healthy minds start with healthy bodies. That’s why our Food and Nutrition Program plays such a vital role in the daily experience of our members. Each day, we provide nutritious meals and snacks to help ensure every child is fueled and ready to learn, play, and grow.
This essential program is made possible in part by a generous grant from the St. Joseph Community Health Foundation. With their support, and through the federal Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), we’re able to offer well-balanced meals and snacks to eligible children enrolled in our after-school programs.
Thanks to these efforts, we’ve already served over 10,000 meals and 4,000 snacks this year alone! It's one more way we’re working to remove barriers, support families, and create a space where kids can thrive both inside and out.
