Jared Frandenberg of the Indiana State Police chats it up with club members at the kickoff to the Blue Bucket Brigade, a program of the BGCFW to build bridges and open doors to a better understanding between police and at risk youth in Fort Wayne.They receive a hot meal and snack with over 150,000 meals served each year. We keep kids safe and provide them with the positive environment and tools they need to grow into great adults. From the time school lets out for the day until the kids go home, we provide strong,educational and social environment in which to thrive.

August 14, 2016: Talent Show The annual talent contest was held and included dancers, comedians and singers.

August 05, 2016: Bricks4Kidz The last day of the summer Bricks4Kidz Lego program to teach members about science, technology, engineering and math was held. More bricks planned this fall.

August 05, 2016: Fox Interview Joe Jordan, President and CEO of Boys and Girls Club of Fort Wayne, was interviewed by Fox News about our upcoming personal financial education program for the public.

August 05, 2016: Batters and Bidders was July 29, 2016 at Parkview Field. The online auction and sponsor event raises funds to support a variety of Boys and Girls Clubs of Fort Wayne programs.

August 03, 2016: New Board Members Seven new members have been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Fort Wayne.
They include:
Timothy Bawmann, Pacers Sports and Entertainment (Mad Ants); Rose Costello, Ivy Tech Community College; Andre’ Douglas Pond Cummings, Indiana Tech Law School; Jack Dyer, Community Volunteer; Scott Gidley, Charitable Financial Partners; Seth Keirns, Chase Middle Marketing and Tommy Schoegler, Parkview Sports Medicine.
