After serving the Boys & Girls Clubs of Fort Wayne for nearly three years, Denise Andorfer resigned as Executive Director in December 2008.

 

Denise's contribution to the Boys & Girls Clubs has been significant and the organization flourished under her leadership.  She was a true advocate of our mission to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.  She is leaving the Clubs well positioned to continue its critical work and grow well into the future.

 

Denise is persuing new opportunities in Restin, VA as she is getting married in the Spring.

 

The Board of Directors and Staff would like to take this opportunity to express their sincere gratitude and highest praise to Denise for her contribution to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Fort Wayne and wish her well.

 

As a token of appreciation, the Board of Directors voted to name the board room located at the Fairfield Club the "Denise Andorfer Board Room."  The plaque was presented along with an engraved photo album to Denise at the Annual Donor/Volunteer Recognition event on January 22, 2009.
